Suggested Use

This daily practice promotes mindfulness, reduces anxiety, and enhances problem-solving skills while nurturing personal growth, self-expression, and a deeper understanding of oneself within a short time commitment. This is the perfect way to get your day started with intentionality. If you can’t do this practice in the morning that is okay. Do it when you are tired, overloaded, about to go to sleep, or stressed out. It will have the same impact. 

We recommend choosing the daily pages library you feel the most pulled to, and committing to it for the entire month to create lasting change, awareness, and accountability. However, feel free to choose the pacing that works best for you. There may be some portals you may feel you don't need to spend as much time on, and there may be portals that you want to sit with a little bit longer. Both options are ok.

Each portal is designed for you to move through it in a way that is simple and time manageable, while also experiencing the deepest integration. Each week you will be prompted to answer a series of questions based on the theme of the module. This is a crucial part of the process, as it allows us to create conscious understanding around unconscious patterns. By answering these weekly questions, you will discover your unconscious patterns and behaviors, while having the opportunity to see them in black and white, and in turn, actively working toward changing them. For best results we recommend beginning the week by answering the prompts, and taking a moment daily to review your answers before using the module's self hypnosis audio, to reinforce your findings on a subconscious level.
